Program Description
Keep the power running with hands-on training in small engine repair.
Learn to service and repair a variety of lawn and garden equipment including lawn mowers, snow blowers, and handheld tools. This program emphasizes safety, fuel and ignition system maintenance, drive system service, and thorough quality checks.
You will also develop customer service and communication skills to support successful repair work and build strong client relationships.
Graduates are prepared for entry-level roles in power equipment repair, ready to keep homes and businesses running smoothly all year round.

Workforce services for eligible adults are available through this program authorized by Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

Tools and Textbooks Required
All tools required for the program are provided. A portion of the textbooks required for the program are provided by checking them out from the library for the semester.
