What to Expect During Your Online Orientation
The goal of new student orientation is to help students successfully transition to Hennepin Technical College. Students who complete college orientations are more likely to succeed in achieving their educational goals.
This orientation will provide you with important information about:
College success strategies
Student resources and support services
Financing your education
Understanding college technology
The entire orientation will take approximately 30 minutes. There will be quizzes included to test your knowledge.
Important: If you leave the orientation before completing it, you will need to start over when you return.

Based on your answers, you should complete the PSEO & Early Middle College Orientation. This orientation is for high school students taking classes on a Hennepin Tech campus through PSEO or through a partnered alternative high school.
Based on your answers, you should complete the Concurrent Enrollment Orientation. This orientation is for high school students earning college credit through courses taught at their local high school.
