Instructions:

1. Fill out your information in the form below
2. Click “Generate Signatures” to create all three signature types
3. Click the copy button for the signature type you need
4. In Outlook: File > Options > Mail > Signatures > New
5. Paste directly into the signature editor (Ctrl+V)

About Accessible Email Signatures

The email signature generator is designed to help you create a signature that is easy to read, accessible, and aligned with Hennepin Tech brand standards. The generator has been tested and verified to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards.

Signatures created through the generator include:

• A minimum font size of 12 point for better readability
• Sans serif fonts such as Roboto, or Open Sans as identified in the brand guidelines
• Built-in spacing between lines, paragraphs, letters, and words to support clear and comfortable reading
• Website links and email addresses with the first letter of each word capitalized to help make them easier to recognize
• The updated Hennepin Tech logo in the new orange color that meets contrast guidelines, along with alternative text for screen readers

If you choose to customize your signature beyond what the generator creates, please make sure your final version continues to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards.
